My name is Zipporah Kerr, M.S., BCBA, and I am the founder of PBA Consulting. I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2018. I began my career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing direct support while building a strong foundation in behavior analytic practices. Through continued experience and professional growth, I advanced to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

I have over eight years of experience in ABA, including more than five years as a BCBA. I have worked as a District BCBA within school settings and have supported children and adolescents ages 3–21. My experience spans public and private schools, as well as remote consultation across home and community environments, allowing me to develop practical, individualized strategies that support meaningful progress in everyday settings.

I also bring over four years of telehealth experience, providing effective remote consultation to support the implementation of behavioral strategies across settings.

Through PBA Consulting, I provide behavioral consultation and supervision designed to support meaningful, lasting behavior change for students and children across educational and home settings.
